Nellie Bly Makes the News (also released as Undercover in an Insane Asylum: How a 23-Year-Old Changed Journalism) is a short animated biopic about pioneering journalist Nellie Bly. Her fearless reporting shattered gender barriers and helped launch modern investigative journalism at a time when women were largely excluded from the newsroom.
